The Challenge
Short-term rental management web design has to serve two completely different visitors on the same site: property owners deciding whether to trust someone with their investment, and travellers deciding whether to book a stay. Property management website design that only speaks to one audience loses the other — owner-focused copy reads as irrelevant to a guest, and guest-focused copy fails to address an owner's actual questions (returns, guest vetting, maintenance handling).
The other challenge is differentiation from the big platform-driven competitors (Airbnb co-hosting services, national franchises) — a boutique operator needs the site to communicate the "personal touch" advantage clearly, since it can't compete on scale.
