The Challenge
Wellness clinic web design has a navigation problem most other health categories don't: the treatment range is often wide and varied (colon hydrotherapy, IV drips, waxing, cosmetic tattooing, infrared sauna, a training academy) and cramming it all onto one page either overwhelms the visitor or buries the clinic's actual specialty. The site needs an information architecture that lets a first-timer find their specific concern fast, without needing to already know clinical terminology.
Some treatments in this space (colon hydrotherapy in particular) also carry a stigma or unfamiliarity barrier that plain, reassuring copy has to actively work against — clinical detachment reads as cold, but overly casual language undersells the professionalism of a medical-adjacent treatment.
Why This Structure Works
- "Find the Right Solution" concern-based navigation (digestive discomfort, skin concerns, hair removal, etc.) instead of a flat treatment list — lets visitors self-diagnose their way to the right service.
- Beauty and wellness services split into clearly separated categories rather than one long combined menu.
- FAQ section addressing exactly what a first-timer is nervous to ask, placed before the final CTA.
