The Challenge
Beauty salon web design sits at the intersection of two hard problems: the treatments themselves are often unfamiliar to a first-time visitor (what is plasma fibroblast? what's a Procell treatment?) and the buyer needs to feel a personal, boutique connection to book rather than treating the studio as a commodity. A generic beauty website that just lists treatments and prices loses on both fronts.
Booking friction is the other conversion killer — every extra click between "I'm interested" and "I've booked" loses a share of visitors, especially on mobile, which is where the bulk of beauty and aesthetics traffic happens.
