The Challenge
Recruitment agency web design, like property management, has to genuinely serve two audiences at once — companies wanting to hire, and candidates wanting a new role — without either feeling like an afterthought bolted onto the other's journey. Tech recruitment website design in particular competes in a market saturated with generic "we place great people" messaging; specialist agencies need the site to prove domain fluency (specific tech stacks, seniority levels, sectors) fast, or they read as interchangeable with every other recruiter.
Testimonials also carry unusually high weight in this category — both audiences are inherently trust-skeptical of recruiters as a profession, and third-party proof does more to overcome that skepticism than any first-party copy can.
